1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data when you use: the eMoyka mobile app for car owners (“User App”), the mobile app for car-wash operators (“Washer App”), and the administrative console (“Admin Panel”) (together, the “Services”). We process personal data under the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data” and relevant e‑commerce/consumer legislation. Where required, our personal‑data information systems are/will be registered in the State Register of Personal Data Information Systems under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport.
2. Data we collect

You provide – Users: name, phone, vehicle details (plate, type), reservation choices.
Washers: business name, address & map pin, services, pricing by vehicle type, working hours/off days, photos.
Admins: role and actions in Admin Panel.
Optional content: ratings/reviews; uploaded photos. - Automatically/operationally – Reservation & slot data (open/closed/awaiting, confirmations, rejections, cancellations), QR validation timestamps/outcomes, system logs (slot/box status changes, warnings/bans, lock/unlock, notifications, overrides), device/usage analytics for reliability, fraud‑prevention, and support.
We apply data minimization and collect only what is necessary for the stated purposes.
3. Purposes & legal bases
- Provide the Services (contract): reservations, confirmations, QR validation, capacity/box logic.
- Integrity & safety (legitimate interests/obligation): deter abuse (e.g., repeated missed bookings), apply warnings/bans, maintain audit logs.
- Notifications (contract/legitimate interests/consent where required): confirmations, reminders, cancellations, policy changes.
- Reporting & finance (legitimate interests/obligation): dashboards, commissions/payouts if enabled, accounting.
- Improve & secure (legitimate interests): troubleshooting, performance, and analytics.
- Marketing (consent): optional offers and promotions.
4. App permissions
- Camera for QR validation
- Notifications for booking status
- Location (optional) to show nearby washes
Permissions are requested in‑app and may be changed in OS settings.
6. Your rights
You may request: access; correction; deletion when purposes end or after consent withdrawal (subject to lawful retention); restriction/objection where applicable; copy/portability where technically feasible; and withdrawal of consent. Use in‑app controls or contact us (Section 11). We respond within legal timeframes.
7. Retention
We keep data as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal/audit/accounting requirements (e.g., reservation and QR logs for dispute handling). We delete or anonymize when retention ends.
8. Security
We apply proportionate technical/organizational measures: role‑based access, encryption in transit/at rest where feasible, vendor due diligence, audit logs, and incident response.
9. Children
The Services target individuals legally able to enter contracts (generally 18+). A parent/guardian may request deletion of a minor’s data.
10. Territory notice
eMoyka is offered only in Azerbaijan. If you are outside Azerbaijan, please do not use the Services.
